We had such a great experience dining here! The wait was surprisingly quick, which made the visit even better. Our group of seven ordered a variety of dishes, and every single plate was delicious. The food arrived fresh and on time, and our server was friendly, helpful, and made the meal more enjoyable. It’s always nice finding a place where the service and food are both excellent. We’re definitely happy we decided to stop by.

Came for my mother's birthday. It's her favorite place! Food is amazing for the value and there's lots of selection for different tastes. We normally dont have anything bad to say but this visit, the server brought us a dirty plate (crusted and not properly washed) and it took a bit to get someone's attention to replace it. But the place is busy so I understand

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Chloe has officially become our new favorite waitress at BJ’s! From the moment we sat down, she was incredibly attentive and made sure we had everything we needed before we even had to ask. She brought us large boxes for our leftovers, opened our wet wipes for us, and somehow always seemed to know exactly when we needed something. The best part? Our drinks were never empty because she stayed on top of refills the entire time. It’s the little details and genuine care that make a dining experience memorable, and Chloe absolutely delivered. Friendly, professional, and attentive from start to finish. We will definitely be requesting her section the next time we visit. Thank you, Chloe, for the exceptional service! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I attended tonight with family for my sister’s graduation and the table they tried to give us for 9 people was bogus, they had us at 2 tables (plus a booth for two people) put together in middle of the walk way. We had to repetitively ask for sauces, boxes, and our drinks from the bar. One of the items we had ordered was wrong. They were out of half of the drinks on their menu, and the ones we ordered tasted like straight water. My boyfriend and sister ordered mini pizookies to take home (they couldn’t even get their first choices to take home). Once we made it home (all the way across town) they went to eat them and they were both burnt and smelt so nasty. We go to BJ’s quite a lot but the last 3 times they have been out of everything, the service is horrible, and we always leave extremely disappointed. This dinner was not what we expected to have when celebrating an achievement. Definitely was not worth the $400 tab. We have been given incentives / remakes but it happens every time, nothing changes.

Stephanie is the best waitress here. She remembers our orders, always attentive, and makes our experience that much better. We recommend Saturdays during the lunch hour when she’s working because she’s that amazing. The food is always on point, hot and full of flavor.
